General responsibility for the commercial areas of the theatre Erfurt in close cooperation with the artistic work management Economic and financial planning, budget management and ensuring sustainable liquidity Further development of controlling, governance and compliance structures Responsibility for budgetary, procurement, contract, tariff and labour matters Control of organisational and change processes within the framework of the transformation process Close cooperation with the artistic work management, the municipal bodies, grantors and other external partners Leadership, motivation and development of employees

Graduate in Business Administration, Economic Law, Public Management or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in personnel and finance, especially in controlling, ideally in public or cultural environments Motivating and estimating leadership style Knowledge of budgetary, procurement, contract, tariff and labour law Experience in project management and the further development of organisational structures and internal processes Designed analytical and organizational talent, structured prioritisation capability and high communication and negotiation security Interest in art, culture and theatre is expressly provided Knowledge in the funding and/or Right to grant and experience in the external representation of a cultural establishment
