IT Desktop Experte*in (m/f/d)

As an IT desktop expert, you make a significant contribution to the further digitization of the amedes group. You provide our employees with modern digital tools, ensure a stable operation of the workplace and communication environments and actively accompany the transition to cloud and multi-channel solutions. You process fault messages and service requests for the entire amedes group in our central ticket system – structured, solution-oriented and service-conscious You secure the smooth operation and the further development of our desktop and communication infrastructure You support the implementation, administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) in close cooperation with our service partners You control and monitor external communication and IT service providers together with the service You ensure that our workplace and communication environment (including telephony, notebooks, virtual desktops, printers, scanners, fax machines and other devices) is reliably operated, maintained and further developed Proactively monitor systems and services, detect disruptions at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures before impairing business You plan and implement IT subprojects in the field of desktop management, such as migration, rollouts and upgrades As part of projects, you are ready to travel to our amedes locations to accompany and ensure implementation on site You create the potential to automate tasks You advise and support IT leaders and security officers in the analysis and elimination of IT incidents You'll create and provide technical documentation

A completed IT training, an IT-close study or a comparable qualification and multi-year professional experience Practical experience in desktop management, workplace or endpoint environment Experience in ticket processing and handling user requests Knowledge in Microsoft 365, ideally also in Azure Virtual Desktop Understanding modern IT workstation concepts, cloud solutions and digital collaboration Experience in cooperation with external service providers A structured, self-responsible operation and a pronounced service orientation Standing for regular missions within the framework of projects Flowing German knowledge (at least C1 level) required
