Referent des Regional Commercial Officer für Zentraleuropa (m/f/d)

You develop independent decision bases for the Regional Commercial Officer, including sound analyses, reviews and clear recommendations for action. You support it in strategic and operational issues within the Central Europe region and actively contribute to the further development of the business areas. You act as a central interface between the Regional Commercial Officer and national and international stakeholders and ensure a smooth flow of information. You play an active role in decision-making processes and introduce their own impulses and perspectives. You analyse financial indicators, derive appropriate measures and accompany them in continuous monitoring via defined KPIs and deviation analyses. You support the implementation of sales strategies and campaigns and conduct market and competition analyses in cooperation with the Market Research area. You present relevant analysis results addressable to management. You participate in international projects, take on independent responsibility and identify and implement efficiency potentials. You represent the Regional Commercial Officer in Steering Committees and other relevant meetings and agree closely with the regional stakeholders as part of regular travel within the national companies.

You have a Bachelor's degree programme, preferably in BWL, Business Administration, Organization & Process Management or a comparable degree programme. Alternatively, you will bring a professional training with appropriate professional experience. You are safe in handling the current MS Office products and have ideally already gained experience in working with SAP and CRM systems. You are characterized by loadability, flexibility and a sovereign handling of complex issues. You work prioritised and structured, even with changing requirements and under time pressure. You are result-oriented, act independently and responsibly and convince by a serious, safe occurrence as well as a pronounced enforcement capability. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing and convince with precise, clear and professional written and oral communication. Depending on the field of application, you have good foreign language skills, usually English knowledge of at least B2 level; Knowledge in another foreign language is desirable. We require a readiness to travel about 20%.
