• Reintegration and independent care of long-term employees • Creating individual and targeted action plans • Conduct confidential conversations with individual employees • Meetings with internal departments (including operations teams, works council, HR, safety) • Process monitoring – and monitoring the individual integration cases • Legal documentation and management of individual integration cases • Languages and involvement of external service providers as support in inclusion cases • Management of individual integration teams • independent processing of projects resulting from work in the BEM

• Completed vocational training and professional background from the social, nursing or medical field
• Professional experience in the administrative field (even outside Amazon)
• Very good handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
• Experience to work independently and as a team member
• Experience in effective communication with different stakeholders
• Experience in discreet and strictly confidential handling of all data arising in the BEM process.
• Advanced knowledge of German in word and writing
• Good knowledge of English Preferred qualifications:
• Experience as a BEM case manager:in or a comparable qualification (e.g. Disability Manager (CDMP))
• Voluntary social activities
• Very good organizational skills.
• Other foreign language skills (Turkish, Arabic, Russian etc.)
