What we plan together: Our Supply Chain Management (SCM) section looks at the complete supply chain of REWE. To this end, all steps from shopping, logistics and sales to checkouts are illuminated. The aim is to optimize the overall process and thus achieve higher customer satisfaction. In concrete terms, you will support our team in all tasks arising to switch our suppliers to the processes of electronic data exchange (EDI), in particular the ORDERS (orders) and DESADV (deliveries).

What you do with us: You are responsible for the onboarding of new suppliers on our EDI processes – from voting to technical connection to a successful go-live. You control the standardized onboarding process, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure efficient and scalable implementation. You accompany test scenarios, evaluate results and ensure the quality of the connections before the go level. You will evaluate relevant key figures (e.g. DESADV odds, error rates, throughput times), make deviations transparent and perform concrete improvement measures that you follow. Together with the team, you secure a stable EDI operation and actively work on the sustainable reduction of causes of errors. You work with all relevant units of the supply chain and are responsible for accepting and supporting the delivery requests. You advise specialist areas in the further development of EDI-supported processes and actively contribute your expertise.
