Project Manager Digitalization & Processes (m/f/d)

Our client is an internationally growing company and is one of the leading providers in professional receivable management in its home market. In the course of further expansion in Germany, the company is investing specifically in digitization, modern IT solutions and automated processes. Companies and customers benefit from technology-based solutions that efficiently combine and continuously develop credit assessment, dunning and debt collection processes.

To further professionalise the project and process landscape, we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) of digitalization / IT at the location in Hannover or Deggendorf at the next possible time. In this role, you take a central role in the control of digitalization and transformation projects - including in the context of a software or System conversion. You ensure that projects are planned in a structured manner, implemented efficiently and that new solutions are implemented in the company in a sustainable manner.

You have experience in IT project management or in the support of software and ERP projects and also keep track of complex project structures? Control and implementation of central digitization and transformation projects, including in the context of software and system implementations Planning, structuring and control of projects and ensuring appointment, quality and budget targets Analysis and optimization of existing business processes as well as derivation and implementation of sustainable improvement measures Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers as well as close cooperation with IT and departments Building transparent project reporting for management and stakeholders and developing project management standards within the organisation

Multiannual experience in project management, IT project management or as a business analyst, ideally in the context of software, ERP or digitization projects Experience in managing complex projects as well as dealing with project plans, milestones and stakeholders Ability to analyse technical requirements and transfer them together with IT into technical solutions Strong analytical thinking and understanding of business processes and their optimization Communication strength, structured working methods and very good knowledge of German and English
