Support of the team when using the WMS and connected systems Participation in system optimization and process improvements Classification of requests for ticket systems Ensuring smooth application operation and single point of contact in case of malfunction Professional handling of IT service orders Creation and maintenance of system documentation Monitoring of data backup and server monitoring Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures Collection of requirements and creation of functional specifications

Completed vocational training, study or comparable qualification in IT Multiannual professional experience in IT support Professional experience in the warehouse Advanced knowledge of client hardware and label printers as well as Android scanners Very good MS Office and Active Directory knowledge ITIL Foundation knowledge of advantage Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High communication skills and team-oriented thinking High readiness for service, solution-oriented and independent operation
