Your everyday life with us – a day in your new role In the morning you start with a brief exchange with your team: Who needs support, what topics are on? Then, together with the specialists and executives, coordinate credit projects and develop solutions for special challenges. Always looking at the people behind it, both your employees and our customers. In the afternoon, you will make strategic decisions, discuss new process ideas or support your colleagues with your Hands-On mentality either in the employee dialogue or in the process steps. Each day offers the opportunity to strengthen your team, go new ways and set sustainable impulses for the savings bank. Your mission: You lead and develop your team, promote talents and create an atmosphere in which performance and appreciation go hand in hand. You are contact persons for specialists and executives and actively participate in the future of our Sparkasse. You are responsible for credit processing and analysis in the risk-relevant credit business and provide process-oriented, future-oriented processes that attract our customers. Take this with you: A well-founded qualification, e.g. economic studies, bank/park occupant knowledge or comparable knowledge. Experience in the credit business is a plus, but your willingness to learn is crucial to us Be happy to have leadership experience, but especially enthusiasm to develop people: Your team is at the centre.
