Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Ensuring efficient and trouble-free production
• Monitoring and compliance with occupational safety, environmental and quality standards
• Coordination and close cooperation with specialist departments such as quality management, sales, supply chain and HR
• Participation in Operational Excellence Transformation and Implementation of Lean Approaches
• Standardization and continuous improvement of processes and structures
• Development and maintenance of KPI boards for production control and performance monitoring
• Leadership, motivation and further development of employees in production
• Interface management to ensure optimal information flow

Your qualifications:

Your profile (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d)

• Multiannual professional and leadership experience ideally in the production and assembly environment
• knowledge in the field of hose pipe production desirable
• Experience in process optimization and change management as well as good conceptual and analytical skills
• Knowledge and experience gained in lean management and knowledge from production systems (e.g. TPS, DBS, PPI) desirable
• Valuable and respectful handling of employees *Expressed team capacity and cooperation willingness
