You're expecting Controlling of international facilities (CH, UK, IT, TH, PT) - including analysis, reporting and support of local units. HR/Personal Controlling with focus on personnel planning, key figures analysis and interface work on HR and Finance. Creation and testing of monthly accounts and ensuring correct and timely booking and reporting processes. Responsibility for creating and maintaining the planning process. Working in cross-departmental projects, e.g. process optimization, digitization or system implementations. Support in the consolidation and processing of data for group reporting.
