Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team including strategic personnel planning, target arrangements, qualification measures and active participation in personnel selection and development.

Redesigning and optimising commercial systems and tools from paper processes to SAP as well as establishing CS standards such as SQCDP or 6S and further development of departmental interfaces.

Developing, revising and negotiating framework contracts for services, spare parts and repairs, testing of offers and drawing up analyses and special evaluations for the management level.

Designing the strategic orientation of the department, coordinating product lines and projects with regard to the overall technical architecture as well as controlling potentials for trend and optimization.

Ensuring the flow of information and the quality of communication, for example through control communication, as well as setting up an active knowledge management system for sustainable know-how transfer.

Perception of the contact function for commercial matters, punctual operational cooperation at utilisation peaks such as the annual financial statements as well as ensuring capacity planning and occupational safety.

Complete study of computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology or a comparable qualification

Insufficient professional experience in the handling of development projects and detectable leadership experience

German and English knowledge in word and writing

Embossed negotiation skills in handling internal and external interfaces

Experience in entrepreneurial thinking and action for targeted management of complex tasks
