Your tasks

Own-sponsored management of our projects over the entire process in the function of the operational project manager to AHO via all project stages and areas of action The position is linked to responsibility for the disciplinary leadership of a team, including personnel development, target agreements and employee talks Building a team consisting of project managers:inside, project engineers:inside and students Close cooperation with the team-leading person regarding team leadership Ensure the quality of the work results of the project participants Quality assurance in execution through regular construction site visits Cost controlling in the project Support for the acquisition of new projects Identification of additional benefits and participation in the formulation and enforcement of supplementary requirements Quality assurance of the work results of professionally assigned project engineers:inside, work students, as well as interns and interns

Complete studies in civil engineering or architecture or Economic engineering with appropriate orientation Experience in the project management of demanding construction projects Mind. 6 years of relevant professional experience in construction project management in a comparable task At least. 2 years of leadership experience Extensive network of industry contacts that contributes to strengthening and expanding our business relationships Good knowledge of project management and planning and procurement law (HOAI, VgV, VOB) High team capacity and expressive ability to prioritize as well as independent and structured work Extraordinary motivation, hand-on mentality and a high level of learning Self-conscious and binding, sovereign appearance Very good expressiveness and formulation in German, as oral and written communication belongs to our To-Do's internally and externally daily High readiness for professional and personal development Valid driving permit
