Place: Dresden

For our partner in Dresden, we are looking for a technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for complex plant maintenance, which contributes significantly to the stability and optimization of production facilities in the field of epitaxy & thermoprocess (RTP). In the 6:4 layer model (on 6 working days follow 4 service-free days) you take over the maintenance of high-tech plants in the field of epitaxy and rapid thermal processing. This includes troubleshooting and troubleshooting of complex fault images on electrical, electronic and mechanical systems together with your internal team as well as after coordination with external service partners. Deep defect searches are part of their working day as well as the use of SPC and FDC to analyze existing plant problems. A detailed documentation of your work in our maintenance applications as well as the cooperation in the production of work plans, while unplanned maintenance, is of course for you. Your task profile is rounded off by active participation in the continuous improvement process, in areas-internal projects, reconstructions or upgrades.

A technical training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or electronics, as well as several years of experience in the maintenance of complex systems – ideally in the semiconductor industry, you will bring along. Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FDC (Fault Detection and Classification) is desirable and helps you in structured error analysis. Their operation is predictive, safety-conscious and highly reliable – even under pressure. They are communicative, resilient and like to work in the team without losing their own responsibility. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile and enable you to communicate in international teams.
