Senior Consultant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Place: Dresden

As a specialist in occupational safety, you will ensure that the highest standards in work, health and environmental protection are complied with at the construction sites, and support managers and employees equally in all safety-relevant matters. You advise project and construction lines on occupational safety issues and help identify and effectively avoid risks at an early stage. In addition, you create and update risk assessments, analyze jobs and work equipment and derive appropriate protection measures from them. In addition, You carry out regular construction site visits, check the implementation of safety requirements and document the results comprehensible. You will also train and instruct employees as well as post-contracting teams on safety-related topics and provide clear, practical recommendations for action. In addition, you take over the investigation of work accidents, create meaningful reports and develop effective prevention measures for future processes.

You have a degree in natural or engineering sciences and a qualification as a specialist in occupational safety (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), ideally complemented by an additional qualification as a safety and health coordinator (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). You have several years of professional experience in the industrial environment, master the handling of Microsoft programs safely and can create risk assessments as well as operating instructions professionally sovereign. You can also communicate safely in German and English. You are also convinced by analytical thinking, technical understanding, a structured way of working, and the ability to demonstrate enforcement strength and social competence in intercultural teams.
