Technical Support Manager / Industrial Division (m/f/d)

Technical support for sales teams in Europe in the development of recycling and product business in Western and Eastern Europe Preparation and implementation of technical training including documentation for internal and external participants Active screening and evaluation of new technologies and applications for all business units. Central development and maintenance of a supplier matrix for all products and services of the division Expansion and diversification of the division’s supplier portfolio Assessment of new service providers and suppliers for industrial products and recycling services Active cooperation with external consultants, service providers and institutes on project-related tasks Creation and maintenance of process descriptions and processes as well as interface management for all industrial division business units Creation and maintenance of a central image and reference database Travel and visits to the division's locations and selected customer appointments as well as trade fairs / conferences

Graduated Economics or Technical Studies (e.g. Process Engineering, Material Management) or a Comparative Qualification (m/w/d) Embossed technical understanding and sound knowledge of technical applications of precious metal products Loadability, punctuality and reliability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe professional appearance and excellent handling Self-employed, structured and targeted Team and communication skills readiness for regular international missions, with a focus on Europe
