SAP Commissions Analyst (m/f/d)

You analyze and model business processes in commission management and develop sustainable optimization concepts You configure and implement solutions in SAP Commissions as well as related sales performance management systems Together with specialist departments and IT teams, you create requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution concepts You support the integration of SAP Commissions into existing SAP and non-SAP system landscapes With the help of structured test methods, error analyses and quality assurance measures, you can ensure high system quality You train users:inside, first set up technical documentation and reports and help to make more efficiency from complex remuneration processes

You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification You will bring at least two years of experience with SAP Commissions or sales performance management solutions such as Varicent, Xactly, Oracle SPM or Anaplan You have profound knowledge in the field of commission management, sales remuneration and incentive compensation You have experience in the analysis, modeling and optimization of business processes and requirements engineering You have knowledge in SAP integrations, interfaces or other SAP modules You communicate safely in German and English in word and writing
