Supporting external customers from the real-estate/real estate fund industry Management and coordination of complex SAP projects (Greenfield/ Brownfield) over the entire project life cycle (from presales and requirement management to conception, realization and rollout to go live and subsequent hypercare) Responsibility for project calculation, budget planning and time and resource management Close professional and communicative support of customers and the project team Close, constant coordination with internal and external stakeholders, control of your own project team and the customer team involved Direct cooperation and exchange with the departments Development and optimization of the existing platform and processes

Completed (university) degree of a commercial, information technology or immobility or comparable qualification Long-standing, successful experience in IT project management (implementation, migration/transformation) in the SAP environment (ideally experience in the selection and integration of further software solutions / Add Ons / technologies in existing IT system landscapes (SAP/non SAP) Proven industry expertise (Friends/Real Estate/ Property Management & Finance) Funded operational knowledge in special accounting and valuation regulations (KGAB), as well as financial accounting (HGB), consolidation, sales tax, property & rent accounting, reporting requirements according to AWV and sales tax (national and international payment transactions) Very good knowledge of the industry-specific SAP components RE-FX, MM/PS, FI, CML, SAC/SAP Datasphere and BI Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills Knowledge of classic, hybrid and agile project management tools (waterfall, SCRUM, etc.)
