In conjunction with the Comprehensive Cancer Center Tübingen/Stuttgart, the Comprehensive Cancer Center Ulm (CCCU) as a CCC-SüdWest strengthens the supply of cancer patients in Baden-Württemberg. The CCC-SüdWest is an oncological center of the German Cancer Aid, which is currently awarded and funded by 14 in Germany, and is based on the years of support of the CCCU as a single-site centre of excellence. In addition, the CCCU partner location of the NCT SüdWest is one of the six locations of the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) in Germany. Administrative support of the Medical Director as part of all activities in university hospital care, research and teaching Staff support and job management in close cooperation with the HR department Planning, coordination and follow-up of committee meetings (Chair meetings, General Assembly, Cooperation Partner meetings), including results As a central communication hub, you act as the first contact person for internal and external stakeholders in CCCU executive affairs. Project administration (support for budget calculation and budget monitoring as part of ongoing and new funding projects) Administrative support for research applications/projects and certification processes Coordination of cooperation with cooperation partners in the region and the development of future-oriented outreach projects Administrative support of international training programmes in cooperation with the European School of Oncology, including organisation of international final seminars

Successfully completed training in the commercial sector, as a foreign language correspondent(in), in the secretariat or bachelor's degree Proven assistance experience in management structures Digital competence and safe handling of popular applications as well as enthusiasm for innovative IT solutions and digital working methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for international exchange Self-employed and independent working with structured and solution-oriented quality awareness Organizational talent, natural communication strength, team spirit and motivation to take responsibility
