We bundle user care services and train BKA employees in dealing with office communication and specialist applications. Training of users of general and police IT applications in BKA, in particular coordination with the need-supporting areas for training needs and offers Creation and updating of training concepts and documents as well as manuals and self-learning products (e.g. video tutorials, action aids) Preparation, implementation and follow-up of courses including success control and optimization

Support for users of general and police IT applications, in particular assistance and advice for users in ongoing operation to work more efficiently Error analysis and correcting on site as well as drafting solutions for immediate troubleshooting with the help of already existing knowledge Information control to all participating bodies and the creation and maintenance of handbooks and self-learning products (e.g. video tutorials, action aids)

Consultation and support of users in the selection and commissioning of general and police IT applications in police deployments The willingness to design flexible working hours is assumed for the following reasons: Service travel within the framework of police operations Spontan and occasional, whose length may include 2 – 3 days (average 1x a year)

Service trips within the framework of business meetings or for training purposes Planable and occasional, the length of which may be 3 – 4 days (average 2 – 3x a year)

Ready to call occasionally, whose length can last 2 – 3 days (average 1 – 2x a year)
