CMS control & development: You build our compliance management system in a targeted manner, define standards and anchor processes in practice. Keep an eye on risks: You analyze and evaluate compliance risks systematically, conduct prevention measures and keep reports for management and supervisory board. Active advice: As a Sparringspartner*in, you will accompany the management, executives and teams at the clinic locations and in administration in practice in all compliance issues. Explain & Protectors: You maintain our reporting system, perform audits and internal facts and create a revision-proof documentation. Teaching knowledge: Through interactive training, you strengthen risk awareness and promote understanding for transparent governance in everyday life.

Education: Successfully completed studies Law Studies incl. 2. Legal State Exam (Fulljurist*in). Experience: Multiannual practice in the fields of compliance, governance, risk management, IKS, internal audit or audit – ideally with insights into the health and/or health care Hospital environment. Expertise: Knowledge of modern CMS standards as well as relevant legal areas (corruption prevention, antitrust law, procurement law, data protection, information protection). Competences: experience in carrying out internal investigations, process analysis and the preparation of complex issues for bodies. Soft Skills: Strong in interdisciplinary cooperation, diplomatic negotiation skills, high consulting competence and enforcement strength at all hierarchical levels.
