Manual assembly of rollers and associated individual components on the work bench using different hand tools performing assembly work according to predetermined working or Production instructions Implementation of quality controls during ongoing production in compliance with defined quality standards Ensuring a timely execution of assembly orders Active participation in the continuous improvement of workflows and assembly processes Compliance with order and cleanliness according to 5S standards and occupational safety regulations

Complete technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, tool mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification (m/w/d) with affinity for assembly, practical application and interest in technical activities First experience in the areas of assembly, production or in the craft environment Embossed craftsmanship and careful, precise and quality-conscious working High performance, strong reliability and a dedicated work setting Good knowledge of German in word and writing Ready to work in the 2-shift system
