Building Technician (f/m/d)

The regional club ADAC Nordbaden e.V. was founded in 1947. In the meantime, more than 140 employees work in our five offices in Nordbaden. Here we take care of the topics of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and of course ADAC membership.

As part of your activity, you are responsible for the building services of our existing property in Bruchsal (representation services of other ADAC objects in the region) and act as the first contact person for our commercial renters on site. They take care of the coordination and assignment of craftsmen and maintenance companies in the objects and are responsible for the control and performance management. They are responsible for ensuring the safety, order and cleanliness of the objects and the external installations and take initial measures in the event of a risk in delay or in the case of the obligation to provide traffic. They carry out small repairs and maintenance work independently. The coordination of maintenance work and the award of independent orders is one of your tasks.

They have a completed craft training (preferably mechatronics or other electrotechnical training). They have a multiannual professional experience as a home technician or in craftsmanship and have a cross-disciplinary understanding in the field of domestic engineering and a craftsmanship. They have a proactive and accurate operation as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation. For access to the objects as well as for the transport of technology/materials, you have a class B (III) driver's license and good computer skills.
