Execution of worker self-checks by measurement checks and independent program corrections in case of deviations

Self-operating Trumpf CNC punching and nibble machines as well as CNC punching laser combi systems

Set up, brushes and read-in of the programs on the punching and nibble machines

Maintenance and maintenance of machines to ensure operational readiness and extension of service life

Ensuring high quality standards through precise operation and control of machine processes

Work in the 3-layer system (spring, late and night layers) to ensure continuous production

Experience in handling CNC-controlled machines

Knowledge of the programming, installation and armour of CNC machining machines

Safe handling of self-assessments and measurement controls

Technical understanding of the maintenance and maintenance of CNC machines

Self-employed, careful and quality-conscious work

Ready for shift work in 3-shift operation
