These are your tasks:

• You take over the technical leadership and further development of the Facility Management staff
• You have the overall responsibility for all maintenance-relevant concerns of our buildings as well as machines and Equipment
• You create an object planning in the areas of renovation, Maintenance and maintenance of buildings, machinery and equipment use this with your team
• You are responsible for implementing the current Regulations and legislation and communication with Public authorities
• In your function at the Hamlar site, you report disciplinary to the managing director of real estate solutions GmbH and to the location manager of the Grenzbach Maschienbau GmbH

This distinguishes you:

Training/study

• They have a completed construction/technical Vocational training with qualification as master/technician or

as an alternative a successfully completed study of Building management or a comparable study programme

Professional experience

• You have several years of professional experience in technical matters, commercial and infrastructural building management incl.

relevant leadership experience would be advantageous

Knowledge

• You have good knowledge of technical and commercial Project management and experience in procurement and

Foreign company management - technical knowledge in Supply technology/building automation (MSR and building control technology)

IT

• They bring experience with standard programs, for example MS Office
