Business Continuity & Risk: Responsibility for Business Continuity Management and Risk Management in existing and new communication processes

Contract management: Management of contracts with our service providers in the ECM environment and participation in contract negotiations

Examination Guide: Preparing and accompanying audits by revision, data protection and external auditors

Market & Legal Analysis: Current market observation and benchmarking on communication concepts and analysis of data protection and insurance developments

Strategy & Concepts: Creating strategy papers, concepts and business cases for communication with customers, stakeholders and business partners

Technology integration: support in the integration of new technologies for customer communication via customer portals and apps, as well as document classification, information extraction and information delivery

Qualification: Completed studies in the field of business management, (economic) law, communication or Social sciences – also like lawyers without state exams – or a comparable qualification (e.g. technical training with corresponding practical experience)

Experience: Professional experience in the field of information processing as well as in dealing with compliance topics

Expertise: Required are technical and legal knowledge about communication processes and in contract law in the financial services environment

Language competence: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Operation: Strong communication and structured and independent work
