Site Manager in Plant Construction - Pool Construction / New Construction (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the holistic control of new construction projects for pool and whirlpool systems – from planning to coordination to final acceptance. You coordinate the entire material procurement, monitor delivery dates and organize the construction site logistics, including the use of auxiliary vehicles. As a central contact person on site, you conduct the project meetings, agree with all the works involved and ensure a smooth construction process. You guide and motivate your team at the construction site, ensure clear communication and ensure compliance with time, cost and quality requirements. You document the progress of the project, perform the controlling and derive from the results measures for process optimization.

You bring a completed training in construction (e.g. as a construction technician) or a comparable qualification with professional experience in the project or construction management. With your experience in project management, you plan and control construction projects from the coordination of the plants to the final acceptance. You lead craft teams and external partners with clear communication, enforcement and natural authority. Thanks to your entrepreneurial mindset and good controlling skills, you can keep costs, appointments and quality standards under control at any time. You can also find pragmatic solutions in turbulent phases and always keep an overview. Negotiating German knowledge in word and writing for the smooth communication with all parties is essential.
