Director of Food & Beverage (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the F&B division with a focus on revenue growth and sustainable profitability while at the same time achieving the highest quality standards Development and implementation of annual business and marketing strategies (print, digital & PR) as well as creation and control of budget and forecast planning Identification and realization of efficiency and savings potentials while maintaining the service level and product quality Ensuring compliance with all hotel standards through regular visits to the outlets and detailed control of the operating procedures during service hours Examination and approval of all menus, calculations and accompanying materials Continuous review and further development of brand standards within the entire R&B division Professional handling of guest feedback and proactive introduction of appropriate improvement measures Leadership, motivation and further development of a team of up to 60 employees including trainees Conducting structured feedback, development and assessment talks Organisation and management of R&B meetings and daily briefings Promoting close, cross-departmental cooperation throughout the hotel Takeover and implementation of special projects in close coordination with the Hotel Directorate Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements Responsibility for meaningful reporting and monitoring of monthly inventory (Par Stocks)

We are looking for a strategic thinking personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality that combines a wide range of competencies: Passion for exceptional guest experiences in the upscale luxury segment as well as the ability to actively shape trends and sales strategies Designed business know-how to ensure efficient, yield-oriented processes and clear achievement Safe appearance in the international environment, combined with an authentic, accessible way Structured approach to the analysis and optimization of complex processes and solution-oriented action in a dynamic environment High resilience and sovereignty in demanding situations and a continuous claim to personal development Impressive integrity and the ability to act as an ethical model throughout the responsibility Comprehensive expertise in all areas of food & beverage – from top gastronomy to major events Multiannual leadership experience (at least 6–8 years) in a leading R&B position within the international luxury hotel industry Successfully completed training in the hotel industry or a study in the area of hotel management or a comparable qualification International professional experience that underlines intercultural competence and a global perspective knowledge of German and English; additional languages are advantageous We would like to point out that an existing work permit and a residence permit or the nationality of an EU Member State are a prerequisite for employment with us.
