Head of strategic projects in the top management consulting of the Otto Group Total responsibility for managing complex transformation initiatives along the corporate strategy – including goals, priorities, resources and stakeholders Direct cooperation with the management level and takeover of an active control and saving ring roller Building deep business understanding and responsibility for earnings in different business areas of the Otto Group – from trade and brands to services to financial services and digital solutions Head of department with disciplinary leadership of a team of consultants (2 to 3 employees) Attractive environment, strong team and excellent development perspectives

Insufficient professional experience in a strategy/management consultancy, in-house consulting in a large group or proven experience in managing strategic projects Detectable strength in controlling complex projects (classical and agile) incl. Stakeholder, Resource and Priority Management Impressive ability to structure complex issues and to translate them into feasible solutions Sovereign communication and safe occurrence High self-motivation, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality in implementation Leadership experience and motivation to actively support teams on their development path German and English as well as readiness for project-related travel activities
