Team Recruiting & Employer Branding with 18 employees They develop our recruiting strategy as well as employer positioning, in the sense of our strategic talent management, forward-looking Together with your team, you design the Candidate Experience and make the employer brand experienceable by innovative measures on all relevant channels In cooperation with a wide range of interfaces, you develop the processes further into a modern, strategic and candidate-centric recruiting They continue to expand the monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs to make success measurable

You have a degree in economics, psychology, human resources management or a comparable qualification They have multi-year leadership and professional experience in a comparable position They ideally come from a regulated or group-like environment They like to think strategically and also have a hands-on mentality with high implementation competence You have experience in using recruiting tools, Active Sourcing, Social Media Recruiting and employer branding campaigns and a good sense of trends in your responsibilities
