You are the central contact person in the 1st and 2nd level support, answer IT requests and accompany new colleagues in the IT initial instruction In the Active Directory you manage users, computers and groups and maintain the Microsoft-365 environment including Exchange Online and Teams Mobile devices efficiently manage via Microsoft Intune and provide hardware You assign and maintain file permissions, maintain the file server infrastructure and keep the inventory tool up to date By creating instructions and IT documentation, you make knowledge accessible to the team and support smaller IT projects On-site support at various locations occasionally belongs to your task area

A completed IT training or comparable qualification forms your foundation Funded Microsoft identifiers in Active Directory, O365, Intune and ideally SCCM bring you with Through your support experience, you can master user care with joy and competence With independent working and service-oriented mindset, you can convince yourself in the IT everyday Your willingness to travel allows you to engage in exciting operations at different locations, while you are working mainly at our headquarters in Ulm and benefit from our hybrid work model Very good German skills complete your profile
