Nursing Directorate (m/f/d)

The merger of several psychiatric institutions under the leadership of the clinics of the district of Oberbayern (kbo) creates a new kbo clinic. As of 1 January 2026, the kbo organization takes over the psychiatric and psychosomatic care in the North-Oberbayern region with 325 beds and squares at the Ingolstadt site, and Eichstätt as well as various outpatient services. Our headquarters is in Freising. With the new building of the Centre for Mental Health on the campus of the Klinikum Ingolstadt, a state-of-the-art facility is created that implements innovative concepts as a regional compulsory provider and raises the supply of mental illnesses to a new level. From 1 January 2027, the supply region is expanded by the merger with the kbo-Klinik Taufkirchen (Vils) with 410 beds and the kbo-Tagesklinik and Institutsambulanz Freising. The new clinic company then also secures the local psychiatric, gerontopsychiatric and search medical care for the Landkreises Erding and Freising as well as the Munich Airport. The kbo-Huntington-Zentrum-Süd in Taufkirchen (Vils) form special areas as a supra-regional competence center for the rare disease Chorea Huntington, as well as the kbo clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, which is responsible for the treatment of women in dimensional control in Bavaria.

1. January 2027, we are looking for a predictive, communicative and professionally convincing personality as a nursing director (m/w/d), who, with commitment and with a clear view of the overall context of the kbo clinic, together with the management and the medical directorate, drives over-themed topics.

The office shall be located in the territory of the DVK by agreement.

You have completed university studies in health or care management or a comparable subject; a completed training in health and nursing is desirable.
