More my job – These are your tasks: You guide and control your team according to the management principles of the Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf, develop your employees systematically and take over the professional representation of the department management You are responsible for the overall sales support of customer service providers: both as well as the sustainable maintenance and development of the inventory of commercial real estate customers You monitor the associated credit commitments, ensure compliance with internal regulations and regulatory requirements (including BaFin, GWG, WpHG) and bear the responsibility for the internal control system You ensure efficient and consistent workflows, control qualitative and quantitative targets and implement appropriate measures at an early stage in the event of deviations You actively contribute to the further development of the segment of commercial real estate customers and thus ensure long-term profitability, risk sustainability and market acceptance You represent the Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf in internal and external bodies, maintain relevant networks and take responsibility in projects and subprojects More I – You bring that with you: You have a degree as a bank or savings bank manager: in, Bachelor plus the seminar or a comparable qualification.
