Supporting a defined group of employees during the entire Employee Life Cycle Advising employees and executives on all issues related to personnel Implementation of individual and collective measures in the field of personnel Implementation of the recruiting for assigned areas Creating decision templates and reports as well as processing data for management and director Human Resources Cooperation in the development of HR standards and HR processes Cooperation with the external payroll department Cooperation with the Works Council Acquisition of project tasks in the field of HR, partly also in the international field

Completed degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in the field of BWL with a focus on staff or a comparable degree Multiannual professional experience as a staff member or HR Business Partner in a manufacturing company Knowledge of individual and collective labour law and co-determination Ideally knowledge of the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industries Very good knowledge in the application of MS Office (especially Excel + Word) as well as good knowledge in the use of HR systems (ideal: eGecko) Very good knowledge of German and English Very good communication skills, an independent, careful and proactive working style
