The range of care in our special housing is geared to young adults with cognitive impairments as well as additional behavioral and personality disorders or mental impairments. The aim of our work is to support the people living there in their independence. The reduction of participation barriers and active leisure activities are the focus of our activities. The apartment is located in a four-storey house near the Spandauer Altstadt. We offer 16 support places that are divided into two groups. In addition to individual promotions, we offer the cared for people a home where You can live as far as possible according to their wishes and ideas.

With your commitment, you support adult people with support needs and support them in everyday life. You structure their daily routines according to requirements and are also a reliable companion for our service owners in crisis and conflict situations. By providing personalised and social-space-oriented assistance, you promote the self-determination and participation of the beneficiaries. In addition to the documentation of all relevant data, you work with members, legal supervisors and other interfaces. Your creative input is desired: We look forward to your ideas in the conceptual and practical development of our offers.

You have a qualification as an educator, nursein, nursing caregiverin, nursing caregiver*in or the like with a state recognition. In the work with the above mentioned group of people you are experienced and bring with you commitment and deed. As a reflected person, you question your professional action and can also deal with crisis situations in everyday care. You bring the willingness to align themselves with the needs and wishes of the beneficiaries. You are also ready to work on weekends. In addition to the conceptual and practical development of our offers, you are also interested in participating in committees and working groups in order to continuously improve the quality of our offers.

Look forward to an indefinite working relationship in parttime with 31.2 hours – temporary hourly increases we will announce you in advance in the long term. We design the service plan together with you. You will receive a payment by operating agreement with dynamic adjustment, binding annual special payment and child allowance. We have 30 days of annual holiday and holiday money. In addition, you will receive an occupational pension scheme and we offer occupational health management.
