Team Leader Design (m/f/d)

For the management of our dedicated design team in the field of battery systems, we are looking for an experienced and motivated management personality that convinces with organizational talent, technical understanding and passion for process optimization. Yes - we mean you! You take responsibility for our Visual Process Management – including daily stand-up meetings, further development of the team board as well as resource and personnel development. You control processes, develop them and report on the progress of work packages. As a coordinator, you are responsible for the smooth implementation of product changes and VA/VE measures within the design. You are actively involved in reporting meetings, take over the escalation management in complaints or manufacturing problems and assists in technical supplier support in close cooperation with purchasing and quality assurance. In coordination with the design RAIL in Brilon, you are driving standardization measures consistently. Optionally, you will also bring experience in the FMEA mode.
