You control and monitor our new building, reconstruction and renovation projects from preparation to turnkey handover You coordinate and control all the companies involved and service providers You monitor progress on site and ensure compliance with agreed project objectives You carry out regular construction sites and quality controls You check the performance quality and ensure consistent traceability of defects Coordination and documentation of deficiencies Ensuring compliance with our building, development and quality standards Schedule and consistent tracking of milestones Early recognition of delays and problems and the development of concrete solutions Examination and coordination of supplementary and supplementary benefits acceptance and structured transfer of the finished branches to the distribution Building and further development of a standardized opening and construction process Documentation of projects and regular reporting to sales and management
