Tasks

• Implementation of the reserved activities
• Analysis, evaluation and maintenance quality
• Advice from residents, relatives and supervisors
• Proper execution of medical regulations
• Creation of an individual care documentation
• Contact care of residents, relatives and supervisors

• Technical assistance for external audits

Additional practical guidance of trainees:

• Instruction and guidance of trainees in day care
• creation of appropriate framework conditions in training
• Conception, implementation and evaluation of practical training based on the framework curriculum
• Implementation of reflection talks
• Preparation for practical tests
• Introducing new employees
• Support for personnel decisions
• Participation in cooperation meetings
