In our department, around 25 colleagues work closely together in four teams – on topics relating to the entire LASCANA business: from IT and logistics to our stores to finance, controlling and accounting. We rely on open exchanges and are happy to support each other. We offer you the opportunity to look behind the scenes of complex business processes and to actively shape them. Many speak of “Homeoffice” – we of “hybrid or mobile work”: You can work remotely up to 50% of your monthly working hours. Our teams, together with their leadership, decide how to balance out local time and mobile work.

You will get exciting insights into current and future sales processes and help you identify their tax implications together with the Otto tax department. You help to portray and develop these processes transparently. You support business, IT and finance. You are researching current tax issues – from income tax and sales tax to import turnover tax and GoBD – and help our specialist departments to quickly find clear answers. You support the team in a variety of tasks relating to accounting, taxes and business processes and learn how theory and business practice come together. Tax issues play a role with us – but don't worry: you don't have to be a tax professional. Your interest in relationships and processes is much more important. Must-have: You are a registered full-time student in BWL, economics or the like (focus on taxes of advantage, but no need) and can now support us for at least 1 year for 18.75 h a week. You have a good process understanding and pronounced analytical thinking. You enjoy teamwork and exchange. When handling MS Office applications, you are safe. You are open to employing you more with AI tools and using them for your work. Your language level: German C2 (approximately native) and English B2 (self-employed language use). Nice-to-have: You could already gain first practical experience in the tax system.
