We are now looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Manager (m/w/d) in the field service for PaketShops in the area of Freiburg. You acquire new ParcelShop partners and are responsible for the distributive further development of these, including the execution of contracts in your defined sales area

Your tasks include the incorporation, processing, stabilisation, training and motivation of ParcelShop partners by building a professional business relationship

You plan your regular visits to the ParcelShop partners on site, including the active processing of the relevant KPI's and the creation of a continuous reporting for your sales area

The independent coordination and control of the relevant marketing and sales regulations are your daily tasks

You are responsible for the compliance and enforcement of contractual agreements with the PaketShop partners as well as in particular sales-related Hermes quality standards by ensuring an optimal performance in terms of customer and service orientation as well as the appearance of the PackageShops

You are planning to implement the quantitative planning by distributive speech, agreement and follow-up of targets and sales activities at the ParcelShop

Active exchange and coordination in POS relevant interfaces, in particular for operatives, completes your activity

Compensation in accordance with the K3 salary group of employees of the transport sector Baden Württemberg and a service car for service and private use

You have successfully completed your qualified commercial professional qualification or comparable knowledge and have first experience in customer acquisition / sales

Ideally you have 2 - 3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the POS distribution of a logistics service provider or another service

You have a sales and target-oriented thinking and acting and have fun in the acquisition of new customers

A safe occurrence, enforcement ability and negotiation security are convincingly used daily

You bring a high degree of self-motivation and self-responsibility as well as an independent and performance-oriented way of working with

You have a routined handling of the MS Office package, have a technical understanding and a class B licence
