Number: MER0003XZK Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) is responsible for the global parts and service business of Mercedes-Benz AG. With over one million square metres of storage space, the Global Logistics Center in Germersheim is the world's largest warehouse for automotive spare parts and, at the same time, the headquarters of the global Mercedes-Benz after-sales supply chain network. With state-of-the-art warehouse technology and innovative systems, our employees ensure that vehicle customers receive the best service worldwide. Our team PLC/goods outlet in Germersheim is responsible for the final packaging and the shipping of over 50,000 delivery note positions every day at three locations. The charge securing and the control of all process steps are ensured throughout by means of computer and warehouse management systems. As part of the team, you support us in the following activities: Working with projects and workshops to optimize processes in the goods outlet, as well as the possibility of conducting smaller projects independently

Analysis and evaluation of relevant key figures of the department for identifying optimization potentials and for participating in the development of solutions

Preparation of presentations, documentation of processes and preparation of training documents

Support for personnel planning and coordination of holiday workers for the operating area PLC and onboarding processes

Processing of invoices from external service providers, cost monitoring and clarification of differences

The internship can start from March/April 2026.

Continuous study of Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering or a comparable course of studies

First experience in the automotive industry or logistics of advantage

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

First contact points with SAP systems of advantage

Quick understanding and analytical thinking

Commitment and team skills
