Precision work on state-of-the-art machines: operate state-of-the-art CNC milling machines (4-axis/5-axis machining centres) and control complex manufacturing processes Intelligent programming: Call NC programs and contribute to efficient production Technical skill: Change tools precisely and build devices to achieve optimal results Digital process optimization: Use SAP for factory information systems and feedback to optimize workflows Quality Assurance in Own Responsibility: Perform Worker Self Controls, if necessary also with coordinate measuring devices to ensure the highest quality standards Technical expertise: Read and understand processing drawings to accurately implement complex specifications Safe handling of measuring technology: You can use various measuring instruments to ensure accurate results

completed vocational training: In the machining area, e.g. as machining mechanic, tool mechanic, machine and plant leader, or precision mechanic Experience on lathes: Ideally with knowledge in the facility (no mandatory requirement) CNC knowledge: Good knowledge in handling CNC controls (Fanuc or Siemens desirable, but not required) Willingness to shift work Personal strengths: flexibility, initiative and a high sense of responsibility
