The Studienkreis GmbH is looking for you as part of the 01.09.2025 (optionally 01.08.2025) in full time at the Bochum site

You take over the technical and personnel management of the Real Estate Equipment team and work closely with supervisors, management, departments and branches You accompany your team's operational work and make sure that strategic goals are implemented in practice You carry out independently projects and tenders, in particular in the energy market, which requires ongoing audits and negotiations You analyze key figures and processes and continuously develop them You make sure that budget, quality and deadlines are met

Successfully completed commercial training or Higher education with an economic orientation or comparable training Professional experience in purchasing, real estate equipment or as project manager First experience in managing teams or in a leading function is advantageous High communication and team capability as well as safe occurrence and enforcement capability Hands-on mentality, independent and targeted work Very good knowledge of German in word and writing and well-founded Excel knowledge Analytical and process-oriented thinking
