Sales Representative Inside Sales (m/f/d)

We are looking for a communicative and customer-oriented personality, who has the pleasure of consulting and supporting customers, as well as the independent processing of offers and orders. In this position, you take on an important interface function between customers, sales and internal areas and actively contribute to the further success of the company.

Consulting and support of customers in the sales service with a focus on a technically shaped product area Calculation and creation of offers as well as professional support of customers throughout the order process Recording and processing of customer orders and ensuring reliable order processing Creation of initial invoices and credits Monitoring the market and competition to support sales activities Close cooperation with internal departments and active participation in high customer satisfaction

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the sales service, sales or customer service, ideally in the technical environment, steel or construction industry Technical understanding and strong customer orientation Communication and negotiation skills as well as joy at telephone customer contact Structured and independent working and a dedicated and team-oriented personality
