Self-assessment and supervision of financial accounting (Creditor, Debitor, Account accounting) as well as banking and cash accounting

Examination, confirmation and booking of input and output invoices

Preparatory accounting as a contribution to the tax advisor

Evaluation of lease contracts with respect to eligible costs

Creation and testing of secondary and operating expenses

General administrative tasks (manual care, coordination of craftsmen, correspondence with authorities, insurance and external service providers)

General support for management

Creation and maintenance of private and commercial leases (subject to submission)

A completed commercial training in the real estate industry and/or several years and extensive experience as an employee of a real estate manager/developer or tax consultant or lawyer Self-employed, responsible and structured work Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Good knowledge in iX-Haus or the like High flexibility and durability Embossed social competence and team skills Good knowledge of industrial property law is advantageous
