Own-responsible implementation of outpatient services in the context of short-term interventions Support and support of families and individuals in meeting their daily requirements Advice on education Support and assistance in requesting necessary services Design of transitions Support and support in the areas of communication, orientation and social cooperation Support and support in the field of health promotion and conservation

A Qualified Vocational Training as a Dipl./BA Good knowledge of systemic theory and methods of conversation Professional experience in the field of outpatient assistance for education Knowledge of the legal basis for the performance to be carried out Own initiative, team capacity and a clearly positive positioning for empowerment and inclusion empathy, appreciation and patience in dealing with our clientele Good communication skills; foreign language skills are beneficial Professional handling of work instruments such as documentation and the creation of reports The mission of our foundation reflects our Christian self-image and forms the basis of your action.
