At our 4 locations in Berlin and the surrounding area we sell over 1600 new and 500 used vehicles annually. In the area Party and accessories service advise our customers on the sale of vehicle parts and accessories. Your tasks include the ordering, acceptance and control of the goods and the timely provision of the parts. Ensuring our workshops with spare parts and accessories as well as the handling of returns complete your responsible range of tasks.

What you bring:

• You have completed commercial or technical vocational training
• They bring professional experience in the field of warehouses in the automotive industry
• customer-oriented behavior, safe occurrence, calm handling even in difficult situations
• They are used to independent and responsible work and also keep an overview in hectic situations
• You have good MS office and general knowledge in the IT system as well as experience with IT systems of warehouse management

Your tasks with us:

• Required parts and accessories and spare parts supply of bar sales customers as well as mechatronics in the workshop
• Control of goods, false messages and false deliveries
• Commodity picking
• Execution of inventory controls and location care
• Presentation of accessories in the vehicle exhibition
• Maintain customer relationships, special promotions & seasonal items etc.
• Creating offers and cost suggestions
• Guidelines: Complete all tasks required for customer advice in the sales guidelines. Control of compliance with all customer advice related policies, regulations and tasks by the legislator, authorities, factory and sales centre
