Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

You accept stakeholder requirements for our products, analyze them and guide system requirements. You carry out analysis, unleash system concepts and architectures and first set system specifications. You are actively involved in the implementation of the system in the team. To do this, you know the architecture and hardware and software components of the system, their skills and interaction, and know where you are most skillful to implement new features or respond to a change of requirements. You accompany the qualification of the system until product release. You perform fault analyses and develop appropriate solutions. You take responsibility for the entire life cycle.

You have successfully completed a university degree in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, communications technology or in a comparable technical degree course or have a comparable qualification. From the fields of hardware and software development, systems engineering and model-based development, you will have first experiences. Ideally, you know the system architecture of our products and have knowledge in the nautical field. You are responsible and eager to know, you like to work in the team and you can motivate others. In addition to an independent and structured way of working, you have very good communication skills that are also evident in customer orientation and negotiation skills. You're open to leadership. You can communicate safely in German and English (equivalent B2). You will meet the requirements for a successful safety check of Level Ü2 (SÜG).
