In the core team of Lesum we are currently 21 colleagues: we place value on a value-adding team, support each other and bring our individual strengths in a targeted manner. You come to our team in full or part-time (also job sharing is possible) and actively participate in customer support and active sales. You advise our business customers: within our entire product range and stay the binding contact person until the final product sale On regular customer appointments, you can contact the customer:inside as a financial advisor:into the side and also bind specialist consultants:inside with a Expert Competent check, evaluate and decide on loan applications and engagements within your competence area You define conditions, margin and security and apply them to the customers: Customer loyalty, new customer acquisition and exhaustion of all potentials – you always keep the sales goals of your team in mind and work continuously to achieve them
