Responsibility for the smooth running on our own post within our High Asian Cuisine Preparation and presentation of high-quality Asian specialities at the highest gastronomic level Creative implementation and further development of dishes together with the kitchen team Ensuring a consistently high quality, aesthetics and taste loyalty of our food Professional handling of high-quality, partly exotic products and ingredients Compliance and implementation of our quality, hygiene and HACCP standards Careful preparation of the Mise en Place and efficient organization of your own work area Support for goods, goods control and proper storage Active cooperation with all kitchen areas for smooth service Bringing your own ideas and trends from Asian cuisine to the continuous development of our culinary offering
