Self-support, maintenance and maintenance of technical facilities and building infrastructure Implementation of small repairs in all technical areas (Sanitary, Heating, Electric, Ventilation etc.) Coordination and support of external craftsmen and service providers Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and maintenance standards Support for modernisation, renovation and renovation projects Contact person for tenants and internal departments for technical questions Proactive optimization and maintenance of building technology
